 Gluten-Free Cinnamon Quick Bread

1/2 Cup Rice Flour
1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
1/2 Cup Honey or 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
3/4 Tablespoons Salt
1/3 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/3 – 1/2 Tablespoon Cinnamon
2 Eggs
1/3 Cup Oil or 1 1/2 Stick Butter
1/3 Cup Almond Milk

Mix together. Pour into 9 x 12 inch pan. Bake for 20 – 25 minutes.
